This is a newly created role due rapid growth. The finance director bought the business in 2023 after working here for 5 years. She co' owns the company with three other directors.

So, you'll join the company at an exciting time, it has grown by over 20% and is set to grow in 2024 by a further 15%. A significant projected growth of the company and the finance team.

Working directly under the Finance Director, you will manage invoice processing, purchase orders and reconciliation of delivery notes. You will maintain supplier accounts and reconcile suppler statements on a monthly basis.

You will have experience with sales and purchase ledger along with credit control, which will involve the recovery of any outstanding customer invoices. Part of your role will include regularly reviewing customer credit reports.

You will control and maintain communication with customers and suppliers over the telephone and via email.

You may have completed your AAT level 4 and be ready to start your CIMA/ACCA, or consider yourself qualified-by-experience, that's fine too!

You have ambition and want to grow, you are happy to use your own initiative and advise where improvements could be made.
