The Role

ATS Euromaster has an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Centre Operations Manager to join our team. You will play an integral role in supporting the Centre Operations Manager to drive the development and performance of the Centre. You will be a leader with a high level of technical skill, coupled with management qualities.

As our Assistant Centre Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Building effective and established relationships within the team to achieve the best results
• Demonstrating a flexible and interpersonal approach to ensure the customers’ demands are met in a timely and effective fashion
• Delivering the required technical aspects of the role, including the fitment of tyres and Service, Maintenance and Repair products and services
• Be accountable for the implementation of our Life Saving Rules, ensuring Health & Safety across all Centre activities

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in a leadership role within the automotive industry
• Have or be willing to gain relevant industry qualifications (City and Guilds (C&G) or Level 3 Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI))
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
• Flexible and interpersonal approach
• Full UK Driving Licence
