We are hiring an Assistant Manager for our Omagh store.
Experience is preferred but full training is provided, and contract guaranteed.
You will be working in a fast paced environment with a fun and lively team.
The role will include:
· Effective leadership over a team of staff
· Reporting to the Store Manager
· Managing day-to-day operations of store – with ability to carry out all duties of counter staff and kitchen staff
· Maintaining high store standards – in customer service and keeping store in immaculate condition
· Operating the till and cashing up at night, including banking
· Carrying out and recording necessary checks and cleaning
· Opening/closing of store
· Ensure the store is adequately staffed and stocked – organising staff and tasks fairly
· Maintaining high standard of training staff
· Increase sales in your store, while managing wage cost
Successful applicants must:
· Have previous experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality
· Have excellent communication and organisational skills
· Be tidy, self-disciplined and punctual, setting a good example to other staff
· Be able to work on own initiative and as a team
· Bring an enthusiastic energy to the team and motivate them to work hard
· Be open to growth within the company
· Have a willingness to learn
· Be comfortable interviewing new staff for your team
· Able to deal with complaints in a positive and efficient matter
