They are looking for an Assistant Manager to join their team!

The Assistant Manager Role:

• Provide training and development for staff
• Keeping all company paperwork in check, including H&S/financial audits
• Multitasker who thrives in leadership
• Maintain exceptional standards whilst providing quality food and outstanding guest experience
• Ensure staff and logistics are in place to ensure a speedy but quality service

Ideal Assistant Manager:

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Strong understanding of business financials.
• Strategic decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Passionate about food and product innovation
