We have a fantastic opportunity for an EA/OM to join an established Private Equity firm opening their London office.
The role will be split between providing comprehensive EA support and taking responsibility for Office Management. There is a huge amount of scope and autonomy with this role as well as a lot of responsibility.
We’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, superb organisational skills who can “hit the ground running.” Given the nature of the role, the EA/OM will be comfortable in a small office environment and be a team player, eager to work collaboratively with the administrative team.
THE EA/OM ROLE:
- Diary management
- Organising complex travel
- Coordinate key external vendors and service providers
- Setting up processes and systems
- Liaising with the US office to establish which of their processes to adopt
- Maintain equipment and office supplies
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding
- Expenses
- Planning and executing events
