Job description

Executive Assistant and Office Manager

Are you an Administrative professional with 3-6 years experience within Financial Markets? Do you have the experience necessary to work competently as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager?

I have an exciting opportunity to work at a boutique Financial Markets company based in Victoria, London. 

This is a hybrid role in a highly collaborative and friendly office environment. 

This company is looking for someone who can:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team
  • Ensure the smooth running of the office
  • Book and organise international travel 
  • Manage holiday requests and induct new joiners
  • Manage invoices and expenses
  • Manage the company website

Previous Financial Markets experience is essential.

An undergraduate degree is desirable (but not essential).
