Executive Assistant and Office Manager
Are you an Administrative professional with 3-6 years experience within Financial Markets? Do you have the experience necessary to work competently as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager?
I have an exciting opportunity to work at a boutique Financial Markets company based in Victoria, London.
This is a hybrid role in a highly collaborative and friendly office environment.
This company is looking for someone who can:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team
- Ensure the smooth running of the office
- Book and organise international travel
- Manage holiday requests and induct new joiners
- Manage invoices and expenses
- Manage the company website
