We are looking for a brilliantly organised EA / Office Manager to work for an international Boutique Finance company. They have offices globally and this role is based from their central London office.

Executive Assistant duties include:
The role requires a highly organised and proactive EA to support their Senior Executives. As well as traditional EA duties ie: Complex Diary and travel management, dealing with correspondence, preparing reports etc there is also Project management and research.
Office Management duties include:
Making sure the office seamlessly run and equipped. Meeting and greeting Clients. Organising office events and socials, offsites, Christmas parties etc Dealing with facilities managers when required – office building related issues Onboarding new starters Liaising with IT General Office admin.
