What you'll do:
- Provide exceptional support to the Managing Director: Manage their diary, schedule meetings, handle correspondence and emails, and anticipate their needs.
- Be the first point of contact: Greet visitors, manage internal and external communication, and ensure a professional and welcoming office environment.
- Orchestrate the office: Maintain efficient systems and workflows, organise team events, and ensure office supplies are well-stocked.
- Be the "go-to" person: Proactively address challenges, implement new procedures, and take minutes at meetings.
- Recent experience as a PA/Office Manager, ideally within a financial services environment.
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
