Our client, a well-established financial brokerage, are looking for an Officer Manager & Executive Assistant to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
About the Role
Working closely with the Executive team, this role provides high level support to the CEO and Directors across administrative and operational matters. Responsibilities include:
- Developing strong relationships with C-level, Directors and other departments
- Executive diary management and travel coordination
- Management of in-house events
- Drafting communications and preparing board materials Handling confidential data
- Oversight of procurement and facilities matters
- Management of key internal stakeholders and supervision of junior team member
Job Requirements
You will have previous EA experience within an international professional services environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to operate with very senior stakeholders in a varied role. You will be highly organised, commercially aware, have strong interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail.
