Our international client is looking for an Executive Personal Assistant / Office Manager to join their London office.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Provision of secretarial /administration support.
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors.
- Serving drinks for clients and guests.
- Answering and forwarding telephone calls.
- Managing calls and posts/courier.
- Maintaining the appearance of the meeting room and reception areas.
- Processing orders for office supplies and IT equipment.
- Organising travel arrangements for the team.
- Organising induction programmes for new employees.
- Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures / office administrative systems.
- Assisting and supporting Events, Business Development and HR teams in various admin tasks.
- Assisting the business development team - including lead chasing.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Relevant experience in a similar role.
- Experience working in a client-centric environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- The ability to speak an international language (e.g. Arabic)
