An exciting new opportunity has arisen with an SME looking for an experienced, proactive Executive Assistant to support Four Directors.
This is a new role, so there is an opportunity to really shape this position as your own.
Duties will include all office support, and administration and diary management of the Four Directors, taking minutes in meetings, coordinating diaries, assisting with expenses and chasing Invoices, and delivering full EA / PA support to the team.
Who you are
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a similar role
You will be flexible, forward thinking and be able to multi task.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential
Experience of working within the Construction Industry or knowledge of Capital Allowances is highly deseriable but not essential.
Working Arrangement
Your contractual base will be Crowborough, however the company offer fully flexible working so once you are established working from home is permitted.
