- Manage London and Oxford Offices.
- Oversee the administrative team, guiding and assigning responsibilities for office management support, including but not limited to Health and Safety (H+S), document management, office supplies, maintenance, and other relevant areas.
- Plan and execute company events, from team-building activities to office celebrations, enhancing employee engagement and morale.
- Implement and enforce office policies to create a structured and compliant workplace.
- Work closely with finance to manage the office budget, making cost-effective decisions for the benefit of the company.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Handle a variety of administrative tasks with finesse, including but not limited to managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely response to inquiries.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including agenda preparation, logistics, and post-event follow-ups.
- Coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for Managing Director and Principals, including expense reimbursement process.
- 10+ years of experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role.
- Health & Safety Certifications– such as IOSH/NEBOSH highly preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office and office management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
