WHAT YOU’LL DO
This role is a hybrid Executive Assistant & Office Manager role which will see you become the ‘go-to’ team member for the Managing Director and a wider office of 8 people.
- Comprehensive and complex diary support for the MD and senior executives, and managing internal and external meetings.
- Coordinating international travel across Canada, Europe, and Asia, including organizing Visas if required.
- Collaborating with the HR and IT teams including onboarding and offboarding; liaising with IT providers, building management, and suppliers.
- Managing expenses, reports, and regulatory requirements.
- Ad hoc administrative support including preparing presentation decks, meeting and greeting clients, guests and visitors.
- You must possess at least 4 years of EA & Office Management experience including 2 years of experience supporting senior executive level in a fast-paced organization.
- We are seeking a proactive, dynamic individual with a ‘no task too big or small’ approach who enjoys getting stuck in and supporting a team of high performing individuals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe are a must, and knowledge of Concur, Smartsheet or other CRM systems is highly desirable.
- Experience within the financial services, banking, consulting, legal, or similar industries is ideal.
- Your ability to deal with confidential information, juggle multiple priorities, and your exceptional communication skills will see you go far in this role.
