Are you a hands-on Assistant Manager or an experienced Supervisor ready for a new challenge?
THE JOB:
- Day to day shift management
- Development of the existing team
- Deputising for the General Manager in their absence
- Cashing up and opening duties
- Hands on service support
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Min. 1 years experience in an Assistant Manager role in a Pub or a Restaurant OR min. 2 years experience as a Supervisor in a high volume Pub or a Restaurant
- Eager to learn and share own knowledge with the team
- Possesses a real passion for great food and service
THE PACKAGE:
- 28-30K + tips (experience depending)
- 45h per week on a 5 over 7 pattern (no doubles!)
- Meals on duty
