Assistant Manager (Retail)

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and driving sales. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives

- To be held responsible for H&S whilst on shift

- Opening and closing the store, depending on your shift

Experience:
- Previous retail management is essential
- Strong selling skills with the ability to close sales effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire others
