Assistant Manager - Transaction Advisory Services

As a result of a significant increase in deal activity and highly impressive pipeline, this awarding winning Top 10 TS team is looking to bolster its ranks with a highly commercial and career hungry Transaction Services Assistant Manager.
The successful individual will help to deliver a range of transactions including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, buy-outs, debt financing and IPO's across sectors such as Technology, Retail and Healthcare and Life Sciences. You will also be expected to play a significant part in business development and marketing initiatives including developing relationships with some of the UK's most enviable PE houses.
This would suit a qualified Accountant (ACA or equivalent) ideally with some form of advisory experience (due diligence or Independent Business review) though applications from individuals currently in audit. It is crucial that you are passionate about the deals world and have strong analytical skills - the ability to interpret data, generate insights and construct solutions.
