Key Purpose of the role:
To support the General Manager in the day to day management of the business, both Front of House and Back of House, executing all financial and food safety obligations to the highest standard. Leading by example at all times; displaying exceptional hospitality and service along with enthusiasm and professionalism, in order to drive repeat business, success and brand loyalty.
