SalaryKPI Recruiting are on the look out for an Assistant Manager for our client based in Hanwell.
As an Assistant Manager you will be working Monday- Friday, working the hours 07:00- 16:00.
The rate of pay as an Assistant Manager is:
- £35,000 per annum
Duties and responsibilities as an Assistant manager are:
- As the branches Assistant Manager you will build effective relationships with customers in order to understand their requirements thus ensuring that the correct products are supplied
- Use initiative to identify sales opportunities and offer advice and solutions to customers
- Maintain a clean and efficiently merchandised counter area in line with Company Policy
- Ensure that company policies are followed at all times when producing paperwork associated with sales
- Liaise with suppliers and other branches, departments where necessary
- Support the Branch Manager and colleagues in working as a team to ensure the branch operates efficiently and effectively within Company Policy
- Ensure a tidy working environment at all times in line with Health & Safety Guidelines
- Perform any other Branch manager duties including stock-taking, placing orders with suppliers, contacting customers etc as reuired by the company
The ideal candidate for our Assistant Manager would need:
- An empathetic and unerstanding nature in order to support and guide team members
- Strong leadership and decision making skills to ensure the business operations function optimally at all times
- Good customer service skills to ensure that clients are retained
- Good knowledge of IT and software programs
- Great organisation skills
