SalaryWe are currently working alongside a large PE business based in Blackburn who are looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join the business in a newly created role.
The business is fast paced and has an international presence within their market, they are looking for a driven individual to join them in this period of growth. It's fantastic opportunity for someone to gain exposure to local and Group reporting, as well as develop their personnel career and work alongside a well-respected team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the accuracy of the ledgers and month end nominal coding
Support the ledger functions with processing, supplier statements and query resolution
Assist with the VAT compliance
Assist with the preparation of the cashflow forecasts and monitor variances
Prepare and post the month end journals in line with the month end timetable
Deal with transactions in different currencies and provide accuracy
Full responsible for the fixed asset register
Monitor the daily banking transactions
