- Support the Senior Merchandiser with administrative tasks related to the management of live Purchase Orders, repeat orders and stock allocation.
- Update reports for comprehensive analysis of sales and stock figures.
- Analyse sales trends, track stock cover, monitor deliveries and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Produce reports identifying bestsellers and slow-moving products, with proposed actions for each.
- Manage end-to-end purchasing for smaller categories to maximise sales and category growth.
- Provide relevant data to suppliers and Buyers, ensuring smooth order placement through to customer purchase.
- Communicate delivery information to the wider business, liaising with stores on new product deliveries and ensuring they are fully briefed.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the allocation system and be a key point of contact for all stores regarding stock levels, pricing and new products.
- Allocate ranges and review stock packages for all business channels to meet and exceed customer demand.
- Ensure ERP system (Netsuite) and critical master reports data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Advanced IT skills, particularly in Excel, with experience in a stock management system.
- Deadline-focused with strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
