KiddyKare are seeking an Assistant Manager for a well-established nursery based in Chertsey.

The ideal candidate must hold a Level 3 or above in Childcare and have at least 3 years’ experience in a nursery setting.
Duties and Responsibilities of Assistant Manager;
The focus of Assistant Manager will be to help develop the quality of education within the setting.
- To open and close the nursery in absence of the manager and be responsible for planning of the day ahead.
- To work alongside head office where necessary to ensure the smooth running of the setting.
- To evaluate the practise of staff and education with the nursery setting and develop this alongside the room leaders.
- To hold 1-1 and supervisions meetings when necessary
- Help plan and run nursery events.
- To undertake and lead on additional responsibilities such as SENCO, training co-ordinator, safeguarding Officer etc
