Role: Assistant Operations Manager
Location: Bromsgrove
Salary: up to GBP50,000 p/a plus package
My client, a leading contractor on multiple UK water authorities frameworks across the UK is seeking to bolster their project team in the Severn Trent Water region
They are seeking an site professional with good experience overseeing site operation, for example lift operations, temporary works and site management of direct labour.
If you're a Site Manager, Health & Safety advisor or Lifting AP looking for a step up, this could be the perfect role for you.
You will be expected to travel across the Severn Trent framework, primarily in the West Midlands as and when required, which is geographically the largest Water Authority in England, please note long periods of travel may occur.
You won't need to be qualified in an engineering skill set if you have a strong Track record in a similer position.
Responsibilities:
Nominated Temporary Works Co-ordinator for region (with support from Operations Manager)
Management of lifting operations
Quality management support to operational teams
Site visits
Site audits / Coaching visits
Resource management support to operational teams (with support from Operations Manager)
Tickets/qualifications:
Lifting Authorised person
Temporary works Supervisor
SSSTS/SMSTS
CSCS Black card
