The Company:
Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting an independent planning and development consultancy who are looking for a professional, ambitious and proactive Assistant Planner or planner.
My client works on behalf of both public and private sector clients and work on a diverse range of projects which will provide you with fantastic opportunities to broaden your horizons and develop your skillset across planning. My client offers advice and guidance to clients from all sectors of the development industry - private landowners, local businesses, developers, public sector bodies as well as professional advisers to the property sector, such as solicitors, architects, accountants, and other property professionals.
Your Role:
Working across the team's diverse project base, you will be responsible for all stages of planning work, from the preparation and submission of fee proposals, initial appraisals, to the preparation and submission of applications (of all types), planning appeals and planning inquiries, to include dealing with planning enquiries and/or planning policy advice.
Qualifications:
- RTPI Accredited Degree
- 6+ Months experience in the public or private sector
