Role: Assistant Planner

Location: London

Salary: £28000-£30000

They aim to achieve this by producing sustainable design solutions, reducing waste, and promoting the use of low embodied carbon materials, with a range of services that include initial site assessment, application delivery, appeals and inquires.

Due to a healthy workload are on the look out for an Assistant Planner to be the latest addition to the team based in London.

Essential Criteria for an Assistant Planner:

• MRTPI qualified or accredited Diploma or Masters. (Relevant Town Planning Degree)
• Understanding at a practical level in property.
• 1- 2 years of exposure in the private sector of planning.
• Strong numerical and report writing skills.

Responsibilities and Duties of an Assistant Planner:

• Provide planning consultancy advice to clients and colleagues.
• Attend and report with clients at regular project meetings.
• Produce reports to support planning appeals and applications.
• Develop and maintain active communication with your own team and other teams.
• Becoming a single point of contact for clients.
