Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a keen eye for detail. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs, preferences, and budget constraints
- Create design concepts and presentations using software such as CAD, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhinoceros 3D, Revit
- Develop detailed plans, including layouts, furniture arrangements, and color schemes
- Select materials, furnishings, and lighting to enhance the space
- Oversee the implementation of designs and coordinate with contractors and vendors
- Utilize tools like 3ds Max, Project management software for efficient project execution
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe, Revit
- Strong knowledge of design principles and space planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Prior experience in interior design or architecture is preferred
