Position Overview: The Personal Assistant Intern will support the Head of Interior Design with a wide range of administrative and project-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently to support the smooth running of the department.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the Head of Interior Design, including scheduling meetings, managing email and phone correspondence, and maintaining accurate records and files. - Assist with project coordination and management, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, tracking project progress, and communicating with clients and other project stakeholders. - Research and gather information on materials, suppliers, and other resources to support the design process. - Help with the preparation of design presentations and proposals, including creating presentations, graphics, and other materials. - Help with project cost estimates, budgets, and invoicing - Provide support in the coordination of installation and delivery of projects - Assist with general office administration and organization, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment. - Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
