An exciting opportunity for an experienced part-time PA to join a wonderful team at a leading Art and Design museum on a temporary basis for 4-8 weeks. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the Commercial Director in a brand new division. They are looking for someone eager to roll up their sleeves with a positive working attitude. They are looking for someone who can commit to 21.5 hours per week split over 3-4 days and the hourly rate is £18 per hour.
What you will do:
- Diary management
- Board meeting arrangements
- Arranging and coordinating team and divisional meetings
- Creating PowerPoint presentations
- Ad hoc support for the wider team
Who we are looking for:
- At least 2 years working in a similar role
- Switched on and eager
- Trustworthy and honest
- High integrity
