We’ve just picked up an incredibly exciting new role working for a lovely, longstanding client of ours. An infrastructure services company is seeking a PA to join them and support their Head of Strategy and Sustainability on the lead up to one of their events. A large part of the role is to assist with the event aspects, as well as extensive diary management. This is to start immediately and run through to the end of July – candidates must be available immediately.
The gorgeous office is based in the heart of the west end and is home to a lovely culture and supportive team. They have a great community of administrative staff to work alongside. This is an incredibly appealing opportunity for someone with a keenness in events.
Main duties include:
- Extensive diary management
- Scheduling meetings
- Assisting with all event management
- Inbox management
- Liaising with stakeholders in person and via phone and email
- Managing and maintaining databases
Candidates must have experience in events, as well as managing a diary.
