Service Operations Manager - Compressor Technique Services Ireland
Atlas Copco Ireland’s CTS division has a well-established business, providing state-of-the-art service to customers across the Republic of Ireland. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a new Service Operations Manager to lead our region.
As the Service Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining our market-leading position. You’ll drive operational efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and foster a safe working culture. Your leadership skills will empower our engineering team to excel.
The role:
- Efficiently communicate with the regional service managers and planner the strategy of the CTS division
- Maintain high service standards through effective communication
- Provide engineering expertise and guidance to colleagues and customers
- Manager operational targets collaboratively
- Safety first: Proactively ensure a safe working environment
- Continously improve service processes to exceed customer expectations
- Seek opportunities to optimize operations and extend our market presence
- Engage and develop the team to achieve objectives
- Regularly review and support our Regional Service Managers, Planners and Field Service Engineers.
To succeed, you will need:
- Strong engineering background and technical expertise
- Knowledge of compressor technology or similar industrial equipment
- Familiarity with the compressed air industry
- Prioritising customer satisfaction and commercial success
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient with computer systems and adaptable to new tools
- Maintain high standards of work and business analysis
