About the Role:

• Location: Hybrid role based in the West Midlands, with office presence 1-2 days per week.
• Focus: New Business Development in the Midlands area with achievable targets. 
• Clients: Engage with installers, charge point operators, and electrical contractors.
• Support: Work alongside established Sales Managers covering the North and South, benefiting from their case studies and insights.

Ideal Candidate:

• Sales Leadership: Proven track record in sales, particularly in technical fields (solar or electrical industries)
• Business Growth: Experience in driving business growth and managing key accounts.
• Team Building: Strong team-building skills and proficiency in key account management.
