As a Business Development Manager, you will get full autonomy to run your own diary, in an exciting and fast pased environment, working for a lender with a super strong proposition and a wider team of supportive & friendly BDMs and office staff.
In return for your hard work, our new Business Development Manager will get:

Our ideal Business Development Manager would be:
- Experienced within field sales, specifically within Mortgages
- Outgoing and ambitious, with plenty of get up and go
- Someone able to confidently pick up the phone and book meetings, and be able to build strong relationships with introducers
- A solutions based individual who can add value in their interractions with introducers
- A solid understanding of the Mortgage and Buy to Let product set
