THE ROLE: As the new Business Development Manager, you will have the responsibility of selling the company's premium quality range of consumables to NHS and private hospitals throughout the Midlands. Using your consultative sales skills, you with liaise with management committees and heads of departments at trust level to drive new revenue growth.
THE COMPANY: A well established, specialist manufacturer of a premium quality range of Medical consumables that help hospitals with their infection control and sustainability objectives. They are currently seeking to recruit a credible, driven and new business-focussed healthcare sales professional to manage and develop their business in the Midlands.
REQUIREMENTS: For the Business Development Manager role, we are looking for candidates with: -
- At least 2 years' experience of selling to the NHS
- Sales experience can be internal, field based, devices or pharmaceuticals
- Consultative sales skills and able to deal with management-level stakeholders
- Self-motivated, passionate, eager, commercially driven personality
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
PACKAGE FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
- Basic salary £35,000 - £40,000 DOE
- OTE of 20% of basic plus uncapped commission
- Company car or allowance of £500 per month
- 25 days annual leave + stats, healthcare, pension
