Job description

Service Manager – Semiconductor Equipment – Hybrid – IM3363

Salary: c£50k plus benefits

Job Term: Permanent, Full Time, Hybrid

Job Outline:

A growing manufacturer of semiconductor equipment is now looking for a Service Manager

Working from home or the office, you will support the continued growth of the Service provision, through providing customers with first class experiences.

Modelling and delivering customer service standards that differentiate from the competition, you will ensure excellence in all Service support provision.

Through ongoing reviews and CI techniques you will deliver customer support excellence.

Through high quality service provision you will drive revenue and profit targets through the Service portfolio and Service campaigns.

Working closely with Technical Sales and Commercial Sales you will develop new policies for upgrades, and ensure upgrades, quote and delivery are first class.

You will be managing the Service product portfolio including portfolio roadmap, defining services, pricing and service marketing campaigns.

As Service Manager, you will be responsible for all activities and processes undertaken by the Service teams, with the aim of providing a first class experience to the customer at all times.

Experience:

The successful Service Manager will have a customer focussed, delivery background ideally with commercial responsibilities

With a strong background in managing Service delivery, you should understand how to drive change, and deliver customer excellence.

A Semiconductor or similar high value capital equipment background is desirable.

Qualifications:

Ideally you will have a Business and/or technical qualification coupled with Project Management experience and/or qualifications.

Additional Information:

Candidates MUST be eligible to live and work in the UK.  Copies of Passport and Visa will be requested for verification.

You should be prepared to visit the main UK offices in Bristol as and when required.
