The role
- No two days will be the same, acting as the first point of contact for the Deputy Heads, managing busy diaries, setting up and attending internal and external meetings, correspondence etc., all in an exceptionally inclusive and friendly environment
- You will need to be socially confident, dealing with parents, teachers, children, external authorities, Governors etc
- Provide proactive administrative support to the pastoral teams and Registrar when needed (Lower and Middle School) Data analysis – fortnightly reward and conduct reports, pupil and parent surveys, statistical and analytical support on the academic side Acting as one of the key public faces of the school
Ideal candidate
- PA/EA experience in education (Secondary School preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Enthusiastic, proactive and highly professional
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Personable, approachable, responsive and accommodating
- Team player but able to work autonomously
- Ability to think on your feet, whilst following strict procedures and tight timescales
- Meticulous attention to detail is vital
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Advanced Microsoft Office
