Grounds Maintenance Operative

Resourcing Group are aiding a number of experience Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance Contractors throughout the Bristol to find operatives to help out during the Summer season. These are contract roles with the potential to move onto the books following a probationary period.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Grass Cutting
• Hedge Trimming
• Pruning
• Using hand tools
• General Tidy Up Of Sites
• Using the van to drive to varying locations
• Use of Ride On Mowers

Rates of pay for these positions is between £11.44 and £12 per hour dependent on experience. There is real potential to grow here, with chances to gain various tickets, such as working at height, tree felling, aerial rescue, safe use of brushcutters, just to name a few, with each qualification you gain you have the opportunity to work your way up to promotions.
