Salary: £35K - £37.5K (Depending on Experience) + Excellent Benefits
Location: Surbiton, Greater London
Full-time/Permanent – Monday to Friday.

My client is offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Technician to step into the role of an ‘Assistant Production Manager’, where your technical expertise will be the driving force behind the execution of Live Events.
Key Responsibilities for the ‘Assistant Production Manager’role:
- Collaborating with the sales, account management, operations, and technical/warehouse teams to ensure all events are executed efficiently.
- Ensuring all technical issues are resolved and identifying risks.
- Engaging with clients onsite to build strong working relationships.
- Implementing process improvements when possible.
Experience, Skills, and Knowledge needed for the ‘Assistant Production Manager’ role:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an AV Technician.
- Proven working experience within the Live Events industry.
- Excellent knowledge of lighting, sound, and video.
- Strong organisational/planning skills.
- Project management skills.
- Experience providing technical services to virtual events (desirable)
