Assistant Project Manager
Are you an experienced Assistant Project Manager? Are you looking for work immediately?
A construction company in Newcastle is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to run a multiphase, large project.The right candidate must have experience of working in office refurb, lab work and externals. The Assistant Project Manager will produce weekly reports, update Procore with drawings, lead variations and filter to various Site Managers.
The Role
- Monday to Friday
- £300 per day CIS/LTD.
- Newcastle.
- ASAP start.
- 18 months of work.
Responsibilities
- Possess a proven track record in delivering complex commercial projects.
- Project experience on refurbishment and re fit.
- Experience on externals and lab work.
- Experience working in procurement, management, defects and overseeing work.
- Experience communicating and working with design teams.
- Communicating and liaising with clients.
- Running projects at pre construction stage.
- Be part of something big by helping to connect communities and build sustainably.
- Build relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
- Be a critical part of a business that's embedding innovation into all we do.
Requirements
- Project delivery experience to make sure we meet high quality and safety standards.
- Experience in construction.
- SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid certificates.
- Strong communication skills to manage, mentor and empower your team.
