Salary: £36,147 per annum

What you will be doing:
The Assistant Property ComplianceDelivery Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring The Wrekin Housing Group meets its strategic objectives and action plans related to the safety of its buildings and those that use them. You will collaborate with stakeholders, maintain Compliance and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Key objectives:
Collaborate with the Property Compliance and Delivery Manager to meet strategic objectives.
Support achieving and maintaining 100% in-date status for cyclical servicing and maintenance.
Assist in addressing and rectifying repairs, defects, and deficiencies within the assigned area.
Implement control measures for maintaining an acceptable level of performance or reducing risk.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information related to areas of responsibility.
Actively pursue continuous professional development to enhance competence.
Contribute to the establishment and monitoring of performance indicators for service providers.
Proactively implement the resident engagement strategy and serve as a point of contact for residents regarding building/fire safety-related issues.
What we are looking for:
Level 3 qualification or higher in the practical application of passive fire safety, including fire doors, active fire safety, and/ or fire risk assessment.
Familiarity with the regulatory framework, legislation, and best practices in building/fire safety.
Two to three years post-qualification experience in maintenance of passive fire safety measures.
Comprehensive understanding of passive fire safety measures, including fire door inspections.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to communicate key messages to a range of people.
Customer-focused approach and proficiency in conflict resolution.
Leadership abilities to guide and supervise technical staff.
