SalaryOur client, an established property management firm based near Hove, are currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join them due to continued growth. The Assistant Property Manager will help to manage a portfolio of blocks mostly in and around Brighton and Hove. You will be reporting to the senior Property Managers and this role offers excellent progression and flexible working.
It is envisaged that the ideal candidate has some previous block management experience, at a junior or assistant level. You must also be able to commute to Hove on a regular basis.
Assistant Property Manager Position Remuneration- Salary: £21,000 - £26,000

- Must have some previous block management
- Must be based local to Brighton and Hove
- Good IT and Grammar
- QUBE software knowledge would be beneficial but not essential.
- Willingness to progress and develop within a growing company.
