We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Quantity Surveyor to contribute towards the success of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Support in the management, control and reporting of build costs, cash flows and budget financial information as per group policies and processes.
- Support in the processing of payments
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Commercial reporting
- Assist in the process of determining and agreeing site start programmes and timescales
Qualifications/ experience required:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, or equivalent experience.
- House-building experience (essential)
- COINS experience (desirable)
- Basic financial/ commercial awareness and technical knowledge
- Basic knowledge of the construction industry
- Knowledge of construction design management regulations.
- A basic understanding of the financial implications of the methods and sequences of build
