As an Assistant/Junior Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining our client within the sub-contractor market. The successful candidate will be part of a growing and successful team.
Responsibilities
- Subcontract procurement via tenders and preparing and completing subcontract documentation.
- Valuing work instructions
- Pricing works
- Manage and maintain our relationships with clients and subcontractors
- Submission of variations and early warnings
- Input into budgets, forecasting and monthly reconciliations
- Additional administration duties, analysis, reporting and projects as required
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of QS experience.
- Excellent proficiency of Microsoft Office including excel
- Highly organised, accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, strategic and a multitasker
