The provide specialist property solutions tailored to keep homes and buildings running smoothly. Their highly trained teams deliver a range of internal and external repairs 24/7 as well as high quality voids, planned installations and gas services.
Alongside their core functions, they have extensive experience in decarbonization, specialising in making homes more energy-efficient and helping clients on their journey to become zero carbon.
On this occasion, they re seeking one of the following:
- Commercial Admin - GBP25-30k (looking for the step up to AQS)
- Assistant QS - GBP30-40k
- Quantity Surveyor - GBP40-50k
Hours are 8-4pm but the client can be flexible on this.
Social Housing experience is a must.
You will be splitting your time between home working, Grimsby office, and their Boston office, so, somebody a commutable distance to them both would be ideal.
