A leading regulated infrastructure contractor is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
The main objective of the role is to support a Senior Quantity Surveyor with the delivery of the commercial requirements for a £20m site upgrade project.
Key duties will include:
- Assist with the negotiating, appointment and management of subcontractors.
- Assist with the negotiation of change events, extension of time claims and preparation of final accounts.
- Assist with pre and post commercial administration and management for the project.
- Supporting the Senior Quantity Surveyor with contractor relationship management.
- Managing the preparation of internal commercial reporting.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum of 1 years' commercial experience across any construction or civil engineering related industry.
You will currently be working as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Assistant and be interested in a role that offers a strong development and progression pathway.
You will have a proven ability to interact with, build, and maintain relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders.
