Assistant Repairs Team Leader (M503)

Salary - Grade SO1 - £32,076 to £33,945

Term: Permanent

Working Hours: Full Time 37 hours per week

The Opportunity

We are looking for two experienced empty property / voids professionals to assist in the management of our in-house voids team and external contractors to deliver a high-quality void repairs service.

You will oversee the end-to-end process of void repairs management, monitoring all voids, and taking action to achieve fast re-let times and minimise rent loss.

As a key member of the Void Service Management Team, you will work closely with colleagues from within the service and other departments to develop our voids service and improve performance.

You will have experience managing a team and the ability to manage contractors, analyse performance information, and use external and internal customer insight to identify and deliver improvements.

You should have relevant maintenance related experience and a good knowledge of Health and Safety requirements, void surveying technique and schedule of Rates.

You must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle to undertake site visits across the Borough.
