Form of workWe are looking for a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support our Restaurant Manager in leading our team in Elements Restaurant within our luxury Spa.
Your day with Team Carden:
- Supporting the manager with the day to day running of the Restaurant operations – Including morning and evening service
- Working with the team of food and beverage assistants to develop the department by creating and implementing training plans.
- Delivering excellent customer service, meeting and exceeding guest expectations
- Working within wage budget to create a weekly rota that fits the needs and demands of the business
Enjoy a 40 hour permanent contract, with a salary of £28,000.
