We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our passionate team at the prestigious Nusr-Et Steakhouse in London.

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating effectively with the management team to ensure seamless operations and an exceptional dining experience.
• Ensuring that every guest receives the highest levels of service from our team members.
• Managing the restaurant efficiently, specifically overseeing service at the tables and ensuring the team is well-trained and delivers a smooth service.
• Leading by example and maintaining a hands-on, can-do approach.
• Handling guest queries promptly and professionally, ensuring all guests leave with a positive dining experience.
• Drive the Nusr-Et culture, train and develop FOH team

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Previous management experience in London restaurant scene, preferably within premium restaurant environment
• A passion for delivering the highest levels of service.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Effective multitasking abilities.
• The ability to motivate a team and foster a strong spirit of teamwork.
• Full rota flexibility
• Experience in operating Micros system
• WSET Level 2
