The Old Fort is a seaside bar and restaurant in Seaview, Isle of Wight. Located right on the water’s edge on the Esplanade, our outdoor beachfront patio offers sweeping panoramic views of The Solent.
Working alongside the current Restaurant Manager to run this busy restaurant.
You will be assisting in the day to day running of the restaurant, running busy lunch and dinners services, helping with staff training and managing tables.
The successful candidate will have strong management skills and a passion for delivering the highest level of service, consistently exceeding the expectations of our customers. Experience in a similar role necessary.
Daily Duties may include but not limited to:
- Setting up for a busy service
- Customer service
