We have an opportunity for a dynamic and ambitious Assistant Manager to join what will be a popular West Wight restaurant where you can utilise your professionalism, motivation, and experience here on the Isle of Wight.
We’re looking for a dynamic high performing candidate who will be assisting the General Manager with the day-to-day running of all in-house operations. Already in place is a friendly and very supportive team and a Manager who offer ongoing training and excellent career development opportunities.

Must haves:
- Previous experience working in a busy hospitality setting in a supervisory capacity.
- Proven track record of dealing with EPOSS systems.
- A love of fresh locally produced ingredients
- Experience of working as and supervising of a team
- Proven track record in delivering good quality food, taste, and presentation in a high volume catering environment.
- A great sense of humour and a genuine passion for delivering the highest standards of customer service.
