Assistant Manager Godshill Full Time GBP28,000 basic with OTE of up to GBP36,000

Our client is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their fantastic team at in Godshill near Fordingbridge. They serve fresh locally sourced food and as a small family group pride themselves on their excellent customer service.

They offer an excellent training programme and opportunities to progress within the company. You will work a 5 day week to include evenings and weekends. Own transport is essential due to the rural location and previous experience is essential.

• The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service experience to a high standard in a very busy environment
• You will have excellent communication skills along with the ability to manage and organise yourself and your team effectively and efficiently
• You will be able to work well under pressure whilst maintaining good attention to detail
• Own transport (no live in available)
