Job description

Carden park Hotel are seeing a talented Assistant Revenue Manager! You will play a crucial role in supporting the business by analysing data, implementing pricing strategies, and identifying revenue opportunities. You will collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with revenue goals and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of pricing strategies to maximise revenue and profitability.

Support competitor research ref pricing to ensure correct daily and seasonal rate position.

Ensure the integrity of the data in the following systems is accurate at all times.

Ensure relationships are built / maintained with key agents and clients

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment with revenue goals and objectives.

Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.

 

Enjoy a full time permanent role of 40 hours per week, working mainly Monday to Friday including bank holidays however occasional weekend may be required to meet the business demands.

About you

A Process Driven individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data

You should have high attention to detail and a keen eye for figures.

Proven experience or knowledge in Pricing analysis, inventory controls, hotel reservations, revenue management, would be beneficial.
